About the practice
Slow, careful work in a noisy world.
Still Waters was founded on a simple conviction: that people grow best when they are met — without rush, without performance, and without pretense. We take seriously the courage it takes to ask for help.
Our work is relational at its core and informed by evidence-based modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, play therapy, attachment-based work, and trauma-informed care. We tailor each engagement to the person in front of us — never the other way around.
We see clients of all ages and partner with families, schools, and other providers when it serves the people we work with. Whatever season you're in, you are welcome here.
